I'm a licensed CPA with 15+ years in accounting and finance. Most of my career was spent working with growing companies, but along the way I kept running into the same thing: freelancers, small business owners, and everyday entrepreneurs managing their books with a shoebox of receipts and a lot of quiet anxiety about whether they were doing it right.
I started Metric because that shouldn't be the standard. You shouldn't need an accounting degree to understand your own business, and you shouldn't dread tax season every single year. My approach is simple: clear advice, real answers to real questions, and a long-term partner who's genuinely invested in your business doing well, not just getting a return filed.
